Leading housebuilder Lovell in East Anglia has made two senior appointments with Sasha Bainbridge promoted to the role of regional partnerships director and Sam Sinclair to regional technical director.
Sasha Bainbridge began her journey at Lovell ten years ago as a bid writer before progressing to business development manager, then becoming regional partnerships manager and now partnerships director. She is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and consultants across the region, helping to establish the long-term partnerships that form the heart of the business and inform the region’s strategic direction.
Sasha said: “I’m excited for the next challenge in my career and it is wonderful to be recognised for all the work so far and how my role has grown. I am lucky that I am supported greatly by the incredible Lovell team, who always give 100 per cent and pitch in with whatever needs doing. I am committed to working with our partners across the region and ensuring that Lovell makes a positive impact on our local communities, with social value and leaving a Lovell legacy in the communities we operate in being part of the Lovell difference. We don’t just build houses, we want to make a long term difference and being able to be a part of that and also develop educational partnerships, highlighting careers in construction and apprenticeships makes this a brilliant role.”
Sam Sinclair has been working in the construction industry for 19 years and has been with Lovell for five years. Prior to his promotion, Sam was technical manager.
Sam said: “I lead the regional technical department responsible for managing all pre-construction activities from land acquisition, through to planning, technical design, approvals and issuing construction information for the building works. The pipeline has increased significantly in the last few years attributable to the hard work and effort of the whole Lovell team and the fantastic reputation that Lovell has in the region. Of course, this also includes our partnership work and affordable housing projects where we are keen to retain strong client relationships and deliver a diverse range of projects. I am looking forward to seeing the region grow and develop both the Lovell Homes brand and a strong partnership pipeline.”
Simon Medler, Regional Managing Director at Lovell in East Anglia, said: “Both Sasha’s and Sam’s skills and expertise have been, and continue to be, crucial in the region’s development, both in building new and expanding our existing relationships and partnerships. I wish Sasha and Sam all the best in their new roles and continued success with us at Lovell.”
