Planning has been granted by Babergh & Mid Suffolk District Council for a new Warehouse on the A14 corridor.

Located at Junction 47 on the edge of Woolpit, the development will provide over 40,000 sqft of warehouse and office accommodation. The new building has been designed to suit a range of industrial, logistics and commercial occupiers.

O. C. Jewers & Sons Ltd, has adopted a forward thinking and professional approach. The team has been project managed and coordinated by Freddy Boone of Boone Consultancy. In addition, early engagement with commercial agent Merrifields provided invaluable insights into the detailed requirements of potential users.

Wincer Kievenaar has provided architectural services as part of the broader design team including Rossi Long Consulting, LSDP, Calfordseaden, EPS Ltd, Journey Transport Planning and Sound Solution Consultants.

The client is seeking to lease the completed unit to a local business, to support economic growth and development within the county. Any interested parties should contact Rowan Mason at Merrifields.
