Cambridge Developers GCR Camprop and Camprop Construction have celebrated the topping out of their latest and largest project to date from the top of its landmark chimney.

The team enjoyed the views of Cambridge after climbing the scaffolding used to build the chimney that has been faithfully rebuilt as part of the Regeneration of the Old Swiss Laundry site in Cambridge.  The project provides the restoration and upgrading of the old industrial laundry site into BREEAM excellent rated office and lab units which will continue to serve the Cambridge economy for generations.

The project marks the latest development from the company, who’s ethos is developing projects that regenerate, restore and enhance complex sites around Cambridge.
