Bespoke new marketing suite unveiled for premium regional house builder

SMART Modular Buildings has delivered a brand new sales suite for Denbury Homes to support their ambitious growth plans.

SMART Modular Buildings, a leading UK manufacturer and installer of premium garden rooms, offices and studios has announced the completion of a custom designed sales suite for one of East Anglia’s well known housebuilders.

Denbury Homes, formerly known as Hopkins & Moore, based in Bury St Edmunds, recently announced plans to accelerate their development of new properties following a £55 million funding package from HSBC UK. They approached SMART to design a bespoke new marketing suite to reflect their brand identity and support their plans to deliver up to 450 homes a year by 2029.

Matt Moss, CEO of SMART Modular Buildings, said: “At SMART, we pride ourselves on a can-do approach, so when Denbury Homes approached us with their vision for a mobile sales and marketing suite, we were eager to take on the challenge. We built the suite at our factory and delivered it to their site in Bury St Edmunds, ensuring minimal disruption to their busy operations.” 

The 7.0m x 3.5m building boasts luxurious branding in neutral tones alongside Denbury Homes’ signature red and gold colours, complemented by traditional wood and dark furniture. The double French doors and obscured glass windows add a touch of sophistication, while the surrounding landscaping, complete with a pathway and olive trees, creates a welcoming atmosphere.

Reflecting on the process, Rianna Catling, Sales and Marketing Executive at Denbury Homes, said: “We wanted something special for our flagship development, St Edmunds Gate in Bury St Edmunds. It was a flawless transaction. Right from the start, the team at SMART understood our requirements and had some great design ideas.”

The layout provides ample room to showcase the St Edmunds Gate development and the homes Denbury currently has available. There are dedicated areas for displaying brochures and information and for conducting comfortable client consultations. Additional features like UV protection to the external woodwork, climate control, an internal partition, and a reinforced frame ensure the space is both functional and durable.

With sales just launched at St Edmunds Gate, the sales suite is already being put to good use. The suite is a long-term investment for Denbury Homes, with the team intending to reuse it at future sites as a more sustainable approach to their sales set up.
