East Anglia’s largest privately owned housebuilder, Hopkins Homes, has appointed James Linnett, formerly of Countryside Partnerships, as its new Commercial Director.
James brings with him a wealth of industry experience having worked on mixed tenure developments across London and the South East.
Having completed a BSc (Hons) in Construction Project Management, James began his career as a Quantity Surveyor and quickly worked his way up to leading a commercial team as Commercial Director with Countryside Partnerships.
Chris Severson, Interim Managing Director of Hopkins Homes, said: “I’m delighted to have James on board as Commercial Director. He is the perfect fit for us as we sharpen our commercial operations and accelerate into our next phase of growth.”
James started his appointment earlier this month and will lead a team dedicated to growing the Hopkins Homes brand and delivering exceptional new homes across East Anglia.
