Suffolk-based housebuilder and part of the newly formed untypical group, Hopkins Homes, has embarked on an exciting new journey by relocating its head office from Melton, near Woodbridge, to bustling Bury St Edmunds.
The move took place on November 4th, marking a vibrant new chapter for the company. The new office is situated on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, near junction 42 of the A14. This prime location improves Hopkins Homes’ operational efficiency and accessibility, allowing the housebuilder to better serve its ongoing and future developments.
Duncan Jackson, Regional Managing Director of untypical’s East Anglia region, said: “Our move to Bury St Edmunds is a pivotal moment for Hopkins Homes and the wider untypical group. It not only positions us closer to our projects but also places untypical at the heart of East Anglia, reinforcing our unwavering commitment to this region.
“Whilst Melton has been our home for many years, and our roots in the community continue to run deep, we’re thrilled to embark on this new adventure. We’re eager to extend our reach, serve new communities and continue to build the distinctive premium homes that people want, need, and are proud of.”
Hopkins Homes remains focused on delivering sustainable new homes that meet the evolving needs of homebuyers in Suffolk and beyond. The company’s ongoing projects, including the Abbots Vale development in Bury St Edmunds – set to launch in early 2025 – reflect this commitment to creating vibrant communities across East Anglia.
