Hopkins Homes has appointed Sue Gates as its new customer care manager.
Sue brings a wealth of experience to the role and is responsible for ensuring the award-winning housebuilding company continues to provide the highest standard of service possible to its customers.
Heading up a team of 12 based at Hopkins Homes’ head office in Woodbridge, Sue will look to improve the service provided to customers and will work to support each team member in achieving their individual potential.
Sue said: “This is a very exciting opportunity and I am proud to be working for Hopkins Homes and helping to shape the future of its customer care offering.
“My goal is for all of our customers to receive a platinum grade service and for our customer service team to become market leaders in their approach.

Sue has spent the last four years working in customer care for new build housing. Prior to this, Sue has worked across a wide range of industries including recruitment, telecommunications, education and IT.
