Jaynic, the developer of Suffolk Park, Bury St Edmunds, has been appointed as development managers on the fit-out contract of the SP206 warehouse for M H Star which it has just sold to the consumer goods importer.
The fit out for M H Star will include internal reconfiguration, sprinklers and racking installations on the 206,000 sq ft unit.
Jaynic’s construction director, Jason Newman, said: “We are delighted to have won the contract as development managers on the M H Star fit-out with the building due to be delivered by the end of October in time for the November opening of the facility. We are going out to tender on the fit-out contract in the next few weeks.”

Elsewhere at Suffolk Park the 112,000 sq ft first phase of Treatt Plc’s new global headquarters, where Jaynic is also the development manager, is due for completion this summer.
