Women in Construction Anglia

Women in Construction Anglia (WiCA) is an inclusive not-for-profit network and social enterprise based in the East of England that connects, inspires, and supports women in the construction industry.

We want to play our part in bridging the gap between industry and education, providing students with visible female role models, something the industry seems to be lacking.
