Castons Artelia, which recently celebrated its 130th anniversary, was praised by judges for its “exceptional regional impact, innovation and commitment to community-focused delivery”, describing it as “a business delivering well beyond expectations.”
More than 1,200 senior leaders and decision-makers from across the construction industry attended the glittering awards night at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London’s Mayfair on July 9.
Tim Tompkins, Director at Castons Artelia, said: “We are delighted to have won the Construction Consultancy of the Year award and it was wonderful to hear the judges’ comments about the impact we have in the industry.
“It was great to win this award as we finish celebrating our 130th year in business, especially as the awards are also marking their 30th year.

“Our 130th anniversary was an important milestone for us as we enter our next chapter with Artelia Group and we look forward to continued growth in the future.”

The awards’ rigorous judging process involved an independent panel of more than 100 senior industry figures.
The judges said they were impressed by Castons Artelia and its involvement with “large, complex programmes”.
Colin Marrs, editor of Construction News, said: “In their 30th year, the Construction News awards once again showcase the exceptional people, projects and businesses setting new standards across the construction industry.
“I would like to congratulate every one of this year’s winners and finalists on their well-deserved recognition.
