Construction industry leaders from across the East of England are set to descend on the capital next month – but what can guests expect from the London Build 2026?
More than 25,000 people are set to attend this year’s expo at Excel London on November 25 and 26, with more than 600 speakers set to take to the stage alongside close to 500 exhibitors.
Topics covered at the event will span the entire industry, from architecture to housing, innovation to sustainability and health and safety to marketing.
Sessions will also explore the role AI can play in architecture, the future of modern methods of construction, fire safety compliance and the technologies supporting more sustainable buildings.
More than 20 networking events will also take place over the two days, with sessions led by leading industry organisations like the London Chamber of Commerce, CIOB and Mates in Mind.
It will also include the UK’s largest ever women in construction networking event.

Both Construction Anglia and our sister organisation, Women in Construction Anglia (WiCA), are proud to be official event partners for London Build 2026.
Clare Friel, Editor of Construction Anglia and founder of WiCA, will also be hosting a From Classroom to Construction panel in the Careers in Construction Hub at 3pm on day one of the event.
Clare said: “It is great to be partnering at such a prestigious event in the construction calendar.
“I look forward to meeting more industry professionals from across the country, helping both promote the amazing work going on here in the East of England and our message of inclusivity through WiCA.
“I’m especially looking forward to introducing some exceptional young students, apprentices and trainees to the attendees during the panel. All four are exceptional young women who can become genuine role models for the next generation.
“If you see me or members of the Construction Anglia and WiCA teams on Wednesday, please do come and say hello.”
Other speakers on the day include Peter Murray OBE, co-founder of New London Architecture and founder of the London Festival of Architecture; Alex Richards, UK&I IT & Digital Director at BAM UK & Ireland; and Rebecca Young, Head of Skills and Inclusion (Supply Chain) at HS2.
The evening of the first day, November 25, will also end with this year’s London Construction Awards, celebrating the people, products, projects and organisations making an impact in the nation’s capital.
Free tickets to this year’s event are still available and can be secured here.
