Jaynic’s 5.4-acre site at Stour Business Park on the A143 in Little Wratting has been launched onto the market for open storage.
The site, two miles north-east of Haverhill, is on part of the former Karro Foods complex and recently won planning consent for open storage. It is immediately available to let either as a whole or in two parts.
The site is in two level regular shape platforms, mainly laid to concrete, with partial type 1 surfacing, and with a tarmac car park. The whole site is securely fenced and gated and has access to mains services.
The landlord would also consider upgrading the specification of the site to include, for example, additional fully concreted areas, to suit an occupiers’ requirements.
Phil Woolner of Cheffins who are joint agents with Rumsey & Partners, says: “This is a rarely available opportunity to acquire a site for open storage on the A143 between Haverhill and Bury St Edmunds in an area of short supply . Locally the new northern relief road connecting the A143 to the A1307 will open in Spring 2024, further enhancing the accessibility to the A11/M11/A14. It is strategically in the heart of East Anglia enabling rapid access to London, Felixstowe and the Midlands.”
Agents for the site are Rumsey & Partners and Cheffins.
