A long-established Suffolk architectural practice has moved to new offices to better support its growing team.

Wincer Kievenaar, which has been based in Hadleigh for almost 45 years, has moved to a new office in the town – Atelier House, a former telephone exchange located in Magdalen Road.

Craig Western, Director at Wincer Kievenaar, said the move was a strategic investment in the future of the business and its people.

“Our old home in Market Place has served us incredibly well,” he said.

“But the opportunity to design a space that brings our whole team together under one roof – on a single level in an open-plan environment – was too good to miss.

“This move is about investing in our people and the way we work together.”

After more than four decades in Hadleigh, Wincer Kievenaar was committed to remaining in the town, known for its rich architectural heritage and vibrant community.

The new office boasts a modern working environment with upgraded amenities and improved accessibility, offering enhanced collaborative spaces, flexible work zones and better meeting  facilities for clients.

“We’ve been on the lookout for the right space for a while,” added Director Philip Branton.

“We didn’t want a building that would limit us – we wanted something with room to grow and evolve.

“When the old telephone exchange came on the market, we immediately saw its potential.

“It’s the perfect space to reflect who we are today and where we’re headed as a practice.”
