Commercial property professionals gathered at a special pre-launch event of Parkside; the brand new 41,571 sq. ft office complex located on the Knowledge Gateway Research and Technology Park at the University of Essex in Colchester, Essex.

Hosted by joint agents, Whybrow and Carter Jonas, the event highlighted the building’s cutting-edge design and advanced facilities plus the stunning views across Colchester, marking it as a groundbreaking development in the city’s commercial landscape.

The development is believed to be the largest speculative office building in the eastern region and is being completed by construction firm R G Carter.
