Andy Starkings has been promoted to commercial director at Lovell. Andy has worked for the housebuilder for 19 years, first joining as a quantity surveyor and working up to his most recent position as commercial manager.
Based at the Lovell office at Broadland Business Park, Norwich, Andy is responsible for the commercial team in the East Anglia region, with his promotion strengthening the senior management team. Andy said: “It is incredible to be recognised by Lovell, and I’m already focused on continuing growth in the region and delivering to a high standard. Lovell has an excellent culture and it comes from the top down, with support for the team and being a fantastic place to work. I couldn’t work anywhere else now other than Lovell and I’m hugely thankful to Simon Medler and the team for recognising me in this way.”
