The construction of a state-of-the-art, multi-million-pound company headquarters facility for Avant Tecno UK has reached a significant milestone with its topping out ceremony.
Since late last year, local firm SEH French has been diligently crafting the 32,200sq ft facility, set to become the hub for Avant Tecno’s UK operations. Representatives from Avant Tecno, led by Managing Director Raimo Ala-Korpi, and Churchmanor Estates, recently gathered with the SEH French team at Suffolk Business Park to mark the momentous occasion.
As part of the ceremony, a commemorative plaque was presented to Raimo Ala-Korpi, symbolising the company’s commitment to its new home.
He said: “Thanks to our robust growth in recent years, our headquarters will relocate to these new premises in Autumn 2024. It will boast a dedicated dealer training facility, a showroom for showcasing our latest innovations, flexible workspaces for collaboration, efficient warehouse technology, and a technical workshop. This project signifies a significant investment for our UK operations.
“We have worked closely together with SEH French, Churchmanor and other partners in this project, and these are exciting times when we see all the hard work finally coming together. Despite the challenging weather conditions in the last four months, this topping out ceremony and build is on schedule, and we can’t wait to see how our final home will be presented.”
Neil Pryke, Contracts Manager at SEH French, said: “It has been a privilege to contribute to the construction of this prestigious headquarters for Avant Tecno. Our team is committed to delivering excellence, and we look forward to handing over the keys upon completion.”
Matt Cloke, Development Director at Churchmanor Estates, added: “With the project more than halfway complete, we are very pleased it has reached this very important milestone, and look forward to its final completion and handover to Avant Tecno on time and on budget by the end of the summer.”
Scheduled for completion in August, the new facility promises to be a testament to collaboration and innovation.
