An award-winning Suffolk chartered surveyors has toasted its 130th year in style with a big celebration party.
Castons, which is based in Ipswich, invited clients and contractors to raise a glass to their successes, which recently included being crowned Construction Consultancy of the Year at the annual Construction News Awards.
To celebrate the hard work of the team, and to thank those who supported them, the firm held a big party at The Church in Ipswich.
Tim Tompkins, Director at Castons, said: “We wanted to bring everyone together to celebrate our recent national Construction News Award as Construction Consultancy of the Year – the perfect way to round off our 130th year in business.
“Awards like this don’t happen because of one person or one particular project, they come from the effort that goes in across the whole business.
“The award also comes at an important point in our journey.
“Castons has a very proud history, over 130 years here in Ipswich, but we are also continuing to move forward as part of the Artelia Group.
“That relationship gives us a real opportunity to build on what makes Castons successful, while benefiting from the wider expertise, resources and opportunities available across the group.”
