Suffolk-based design and build consultancy Concertus has opened procurement for a new £1bn framework.

The Link14 Construction and Building Services Framework launched in October, aimed at delivering projects across seven geographic lots across England over four years.

The framework will run from June 2027 to May 3031 and builds on the success of the existing Suffolk Construction & Building Services Framework.

Three of the seven lots cover East Anglia and the Home Counties, with a further three covering the Midlands and West Country.

Each of those lots has an estimated value of at least £90million.

Another, Lot 5, covers the central belt of England, with an estimated value of £500m for projects worth more than £12m.

The core types of work delivered under the framework range from general construction to civil engineering, mechanical and electrical, architectural services and real estate among others.

Interested firms have until 9am Thursday, November 5 to make their submissions via the Prologic Portal.

More information on the works required under each lot and how to bid can be found here.
