Kevin Bearne has joined Suffolk-based Denbury Homes as Sales Manager as the company prepares to launch further sites in 2024.

Having worked in the property industry for over 25 years, Kevin brings a wealth of experience to the new role, which has been created as the Denbury Homes team continues to grow.

Speaking of the appointment Sara Raven, Director of Sales & Marketing said: “We are delighted to have Kevin on board. His experience will be invaluable as we look forward to a busy year ahead. He has quickly settled into the job and his energy and enthusiasm are infectious.”

Kevin’s new role sees him out on site throughout the week supporting the sales teams, meeting customers, and helping make sure the developments and homes for sale are beautifully presented.

Kevin said: “It’s been great getting to know the sales team since I joined, my role is to be their first point of contact, helping them identify opportunities and supporting them as they keep sales progressing.”

Denbury Homes, formerly known as Hopkins & Moore, was relaunched following the sale of sister company Hopkins Homes. James Hopkins remains at the helm of Denbury. Having worked for both smaller independent developers and larger nationals, Kevin is delighted to be back with a family business.

“I’ve worked in the region for years so naturally I was aware of Hopkins & Moore (as it was then), I know that they were renowned for high build quality and good customer service – something that has been confirmed with Denbury Home’s Five Star Rating from the HBF.

“This is an exciting time to have joined the company, there is a real buzz about the business as we have more developments launching early in 2024. You can feel the difference being a family-owned company brings, decisions are quicker, and everyone really works together and supports each other as part of one team.”

And it’s not just Kevin who has joined the team, Benny his cocker spaniel has enthusiastically embraced the open-door policy for canine co-workers, making regular trips to the office.
