Norwich-housebuilder David Wilson Homes has announced the recipient of its coveted annual award, which recognises exceptional performance and dedication within the company.
The homebuilder has presented its Sales Adviser of the Year award to Sales Adviser Kim Skiggs, for her exceptional working efforts and customer service skills.
Sales Adviser Kim brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role at David Wilson Homes’ Cringleford Heights development in Cringleford.
Being the customer’s first point of contact, Kim’s commitment to building relationships, attention to detail, and her ability to guide homebuyers through the exciting journey of purchasing a new home have made her a standout performer.
Kim (33), from Sprowston, joined David Wilson Homes in November 2021 and quickly made a positive impact on the team, with some of her most recent recognitions being a 2023 Sales Adviser of the Quarter and Customer Service awards.
Kim said: “Since joining David Wilson Homes, I haven’t looked back. Before joining the team, I wanted to get into the new build industry for some time, and I feel like I couldn’t have joined a better national housebuilder.
