Norwich-based housebuilder Allison Homes Eastern Counties has appointed its first Head of Sales and Marketing, to help grow the region and provide new homes for Norfolk and Suffolk property seekers.
Nicola Bullivant began her role at the end of March and is based at the company’s regional office in Norwich.
Nicola joined Allison Homes Eastern Counties with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Her career in housebuilding began when she was 18, and since then she has worked in construction, customer care and sales. Before starting her new role, Nicola spent over five years at Bloor Homes’ Eastern region and, more recently, at Hopkins Homes as Head of Sales and Marketing.
Nicola is the first appointment to be made in the Sales department and is looking forward to building her own team.
Nicola, from Suffolk, said: “I knew about the growth Allison Homes had planned and feel very excited about the opportunity to build a successful sales team for an award-winning developer. It’s such an honour to be on this journey with them.
