Construction work is now well underway on 300 new homes in Postwick, after developer Allison Homes visited the site to officially ‘break the ground’.
Situated off Smee Lane, The Oaks development will consist of two, three, four and five bedroom homes, and is set to launch in spring 2022.
The Oaks is the housebuilder’s first development in the region, and forms part of its wider expansion plans.
