Over 120 homes are being built at Cottenham, near Ely in Cambridgeshire, by developers Charles Church.

The 11.5 acre Redland Grange site of one to five-bedroom properties will include affordable housing for the local community.

Director Nick Phillips told the Ely Standard: “Whenever we start work within a community, we look at ways to support local people and deliver affordable homes.

“We are pleased to be creating jobs in construction and the supply chain which brings a boost to Cambridgeshire’s economy and the region overall.”

Properties on the site include the semi-detached Hanbury, pictured, which has an open-plan kitchen-diner and a master bedroom with ensuite.
