David Thatcher has recently joined Edge Consult as a partner specialising in planning and programme management.
With 30 years working in the industry, David’s experience crosses through all areas of construction and civil engineering sectors.
He is experienced with all planning software and facilitates pragmatic solutions both during projects and post-completion.
David believes that a planner’s role revolves around effective communication of the sequences and ideas around complicated programme issues.
Among his projects, David has been a lead tender planner for successful hospital tenders in the Middle East and the UK, including Llantrisant Hospital and University College Hospital as well as being the senior planner on Oxford University Library and construction planner on several halls of residence projects throughout the UK.
Edge Consult, which is based at Claydon, near Ipswich, is pleased to welcome such an experienced specialist into their team.
