Norwich-based partnerships developer Lovell has been awarded the In-house Gold award for 98% customer satisfaction across the region.

Run by specialist market research company In-house Research, the awards are wholly independent and based purely on customer satisfaction. Every customer is given the chance to complete the survey, giving them a fair and equal opportunity to provide feedback on their experience of buying a new Lovell home.

In-house Research has been measuring customer satisfaction in the new build industry since 1998, specialising in capturing the voice of the customer. Over the last 20 years, they have grown to become the biggest independent research company in the field.

Simon Medler, regional managing director for Lovell, said: “We are thrilled to have been awarded this Gold award by In-house in recognition of our customer support. At Lovell our customers are extremely important to us, and I’m very proud to see that the emphasis we place on supporting our customers throughout their home buying journey has been recognised.

“Our sales team work hard to make sure our customers are happy and cared for, and we’re so pleased to see that almost all of them have said they would recommend Lovell.”

Tom Weston, Chief Operating Officer at In-house Research, commented: “We are extremely proud to be working with such a customer focused business. The Gold award recognises those that put customers at the heart of everything they do and have achieved high levels of customer satisfaction.

“It’s only through delivering exceptional quality, regular communications and a personal service that recommendation levels reached 98%. We are so pleased to recognise the hard work of the East Anglia region of Lovell.”

The East Anglia region of Lovell currently has projects in Holt, Fakenham, Newton St Faith, Walsham-le-Willows, Acle, Wymondham and Gislingham.
