Barker is delighted to be shortlisted as Finalist to the EducationInvestor Awards 2021 in the ‘Property Advisor’
category.

Aimed at consultants in the education sector, the EducationInvestor Awards champion organisations and
individuals that have made an outstanding commitment and contribution to the industry in the past year.

This nomination is excellent news for Barker as it recognises their contribution as strategic property partners, and
sustained efforts in leading decarbonisation within the education sector. Barker has been at the forefront of helping
Academies and Trusts across the country manage their estates, develop and deliver ambitious energy transformation
strategies which are saving organisations millions of pounds and leaving a lasting legacy for future generations.

Stuart White, Managing Partner said: “We are absolutely delighted with this nomination. As property advisors we are
passionate about helping our clients create safe and sustainable learning environments. To have carried on this work
in the face of the challenges of the pandemic is a testament to our staff and the excellent partnerships we have built
with schools and Trusts.”

Barker is one of four finalists in the ‘Property Advisor’ category along with Aitchison Raffety, Gerald Eve and Savills.
The finalists will be judged by a panel of high-profile independent judges. The Awards will be presented at a glittering
ceremony on 30 November at the Royal Lancaster, London.
