With construction work from Mixbrow ongoing at the popular Riduna Park in Melton, only two units remain available.
The six-acre site, which is home to East Suffolk Council and 17 local businesses, has remained a popular location since building work began in 2015.
The third phase of construction began in the Autumn, and landlords say seven of the nine new contemporary units have been snapped up already by companies in the healthcare, technology and public sector services.
Offices vary in size from 1,250 sq ft to two-storey 7,500 sq ft options and are equipped with intuitive heating, wooden flooring, shower rooms and car parking allocation. The site is also designed to celebrate green space and encourage wildlife.
Katie Emerson, Project Manager for Riduna Holdings, which owns the site, said: “We are delighted to be starting the year with seven of our nine units now reserved.
“From the outset, our offering has proved really attractive to Suffolk businesses, and we’re very much looking forward to welcoming the new residents later this year.
“We are very grateful to our contractors, Mixbrow, for getting Phase 3 underway so swiftly, and for really understanding and translating the needs of our potential tenants.
“With just two spaces available, we, of course, welcome enquiries from any further business owners who would wish to be part of our community.”
